Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation (Remote)

The Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation is responsible for developing, managing, and administering incentive compensation plans for all US-based, customer-facing employees. This role collaborates with key business partners in Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance, and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations North America.

Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, the successful candidate will support Insulet’s commercial success. The ideal candidate will understand business processes and possess the technical skills to develop insights and report at all organizational levels. This is a hands-on role playing a key part in driving Insulet’s growth.

Responsibilities
  • Link corporate strategy to incentive compensation metrics and insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting for employee, quota, and plan data.
  • Assist in validating commission calculations.
  • Provide analytics on sales incentives, compensation effectiveness, and insights.
  • Review, evaluate, and model new or updated sales incentive programs, contests, and SPIFs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and self-service reporting for the commercial team.
  • Analyze and recommend incentive compensation strategies to support growth and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, commercial operations, and finance partners.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years in incentive compensation or commercial analytics roles.
  • 1+ years working with Sales Performance Management tools.
  • 2+ years driving sales process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or IT.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical data, IQVIA, and Workday.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, reporting, and database concepts.
Physical Requirements
  • Travel may be required, approximately two to three times per year.
