Job summary

William Blair is seeking a Senior Analyst in Learning & Development for Investment Banking to lead and enhance our internal training programs. You will own the global summer intern programs and onboarding for analysts and associates, partnering with senior bankers and external vendors.

The role emphasizes facilitating sessions, maintaining curriculum, and coordinating logistics in a dynamic, high-visibility environment with travel to key office locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in instructional design, learning and development or related field.
• 2+ years in financial services or professional services; Investment Banking experience preferred.
• Strong facilitation skills delivering instructor-led training to large audiences.
• Experience delivering and improving an existing training curriculum.
• Highly organized with project-management focus for a fast-paced calendar.
• Experience managing external training vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Investment Banking global summer intern programs, including curriculum delivery, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
• Own training for new Investment Banking hires, including campus analysts and experienced hires.
• Facilitate training sessions for the intern program and onboarding.
• Refresh training materials to stay current with IB practices and firm priorities.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications across the IB calendar.
• Serve as primary contact for analysts, associates, and interns in IB training programs.
