Job summary

William Blair is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead and improve Learning & Development across Investment Banking. You will own training for analysts, associates, and interns, delivering high-impact sessions and maintaining curriculum quality.

You’ll work with senior bankers and manage external vendors while leveraging AI and Workday Learning to optimize outcomes. This role requires travel to key offices and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in instructional design or L&D.
• 2+ years in financial/services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IB summer intern programs.
• Own training for new IB hires including campus hires.
• Facilitate training sessions for intern program and onboarding.
• Refresh materials to stay current with IB practices.
