Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Operations and Automation, to support Power Automate workflows across our global teams from a USA remote location. You will help test, document, deploy, and drive adoption of automation solutions, partnering with IT, Salesforce admins, and operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in a multinational setting, strong analytical and collaborative skills, and familiarity with international logistics, VAT, tariffs, and IT sourcing.

• Identify improvements within workflows; governance and approvals kept by leadership.

The Role

The Senior Analyst, Global Operations and Automation supports assigned Power Automate workflows, including testing, documentation, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. The role partners with regional teams, IT, Salesforce administrators, and operations to ensure required system fields, shared mailboxes, and integrations are in place. The ideal candidate brings 3‑5+ years of experience, strong critical-thinking and collaboration skills, and familiarity with global logistics, taxes, tariffs, duties, and IT sourcing. Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot, AI Builder, and Salesforce is preferred, along with flexibility to support global business hours and occasional travel.

Responsibilities Iclude:

• Support assigned Power Automate workflows instead of owning all international flows.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and adoption of Copilot and AI Builder solutions rather than leading them end to end.
• Partner with regional and technical teams on defined projects instead of serving as the global decisionmaker.
• Identify and recommend improvements within assigned workflows; enterprise strategy, architecture, governance, prioritization, and production approval should remain with a manager, architect, or IT leader.
• Work with IT, Salesforce administrators and operations teams to make sure the system fields, shared mailboxes and integrations are in place.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• Ability to work abnormal hours as required to support the organization's global needs.
• Nonlinear, critical thinking skills when reviewing current operational flows and identifying items to be automated.
• A team player and collaborator with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Adept at using Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• Familiarity with VAT and other global taxes, tariffs and duties.
• Knowledge of international logistics and IT sourcing.
• Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot, AI Builder, and Salesforce experience is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Supply Chain, or International focus preferred) or equivalent work and/or military experience
• 3-5+ years' work experience (in a multi-national environment preferred)
