What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and improve financial models to forecast, track, and analyze financials, including operating budgets for various departments
- Engage with leaders and budget stakeholders to facilitate forecasting of key operational spend areas
- Contribute to monthly reporting and variance analysis
- Prepare and present consolidated reporting packages for executive leadership
- Identify and drive process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of FP&A experience with a proven ability to build financial forecast models and analyze extensive datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for creating meaningful financial insights
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and the interaction of financial statements
- Exceptional financial and strategic analysis skills, translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience with financial systems and building FP&A models in planning tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
- Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
