What you'll be doing in the role of Director of Corporate & Foundation Development :
The Director, Corporate & Foundation Development plays an important revenue-driving role as an individual contributor, responsible for planning and implementing an aggressive fundraising strategy to generate corporate partnerships for the organization. Specifically, this role will research, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation, proposal preparation, and sales presentations. Sales acumen and strategy, planning, and analytical skills are critical to performance success in this role. This role will proactively build 6- and 7-figure strategic and dynamic partnerships that aim to support the goals of the partnering company, while advancing the brand and mission of Susan G. Komen.

Approximate salary range of $102,000 - $145,000; exact compensation ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job level, internal equity, and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location.
Komen provides a remote and / or home-based working environment for all active employees. Komen defines remote as the ability to work from any physical location within the U.S. where an employee can perform specified work duties without disruption or distraction. Komen defines home-based roles as positions that are required to reside in a specific market. Work schedules for both remote and home based are determined by the organizational needs of each department.
