Job summary

Capital Group in New York seeks an Executive Office Senior Analyst to support the Management Committee members, shaping strategy around preparation for and execution of external and internal engagements.

They will aid in the establishment of global routines, identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, and help in day-to-day meeting prep and follow-ups, leveraging technology to drive productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a strength in synthesizing information and developing polished briefing memos, leadership correspondence with clients and more.

  • You have able to nimbly adapt to change and demonstrate a high degree of agility and flexibility when balancing time sensitive priorities.
  • You apply strong judgment and proper discretion when handling highly sensitive information.
  • You have highly technical markets writing experience and will support the creation of markets talking points.
  • You have a minimum of 3-years of experience in financial services (within an Executive Office is a plus).

As a member of the Executive Office (EO) supporting Capital Group Management Committee members, the Senior Analyst will serve as a generalist resource to the EO and leadership across enterprise priorities. They will help shape strategy around, preparation for, and execution of external and internal engagements. They will aid in the establishment of global routines, identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, help in the day-to-day execution of meeting prep and follow-ups, and leverage technology to drive productivity and efficiency. As a member of a small, nimble team, they will help shape and grow the Executive Office's remit and global responsibilities.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,909-$201,454New York Base Salary Range: $133,471-$213,554


In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
