Capital Group is seeking an Executive Office Senior Analyst to support Management Committee members and enterprise priorities. You will help shape strategy, prepare for engagements, and improve global routines. The role emphasizes automation, efficient meeting prep, and collaboration across teams.

You will develop executive-level updates, drive milestones, and contribute to strategic initiatives with a focus on accuracy, discretion, and timely delivery. A BA/BS is required, MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with a strength in synthesizing information and developing polished briefing memos, leadership correspondence with clients and more.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset, with the ability to connect themes across the enterprise.
  • Minimum of 3-years of experience in financial services (Executive Office is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Create executive level updates and presentations/memos synthesizing information and developing insights.
  • Support development of strategic roadmaps, success measures and monitor progress to plan.
  • Collaborate with global internal cross-functional teams to create project timelines supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and leverage technology to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist with day-to-day meeting prep and follow-ups and manage information flow within the EO.
