$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Epic Application Analyst and Developer who will support the Epic Cadence, Referrals, and MyChart scheduling system functionality. This position ensures that analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation are completed for application changes. The role involves documenting, configuring, and implementing Epic Cadence and Referral application changes and enhancements to meet organizational initiatives. The analyst also mentors junior team members and serves as a system development and implementation resource for IT’s Business Partners and other IT groups.

Skills, experience, and other factors will influence the pay rate. The provided range reflects a W2 hourly rate; alternative employment arrangements may differ.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, design, build, and deploy software and application functionalities.
• Perform testing and collaborate on system and end-user test planning.
• Maintain testing environments and data requirements.
• Analyze requirements, prepare system designs, and specifications.
• Diagnose system failures, resolve issues, and recommend preventative actions.
• Define technical specifications based on business needs and consult with Business Partners.
• Assist with clarifying and prioritizing service requests.
• Recommend standard processes and best practices.
• Provide training and mentorship to developers and analysts.
• Support third-party software interactions and vendor communications.
• Prepare documentation and support audits and third-party requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of IT analysis and technical design experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with Epic Cadence and/or Referral application changes.
