Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s in accounting, business, finance, math, or statistics, with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong quantitative and research skills, familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to present

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects; 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong quantitative and research skills, including analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; familiarity with AI tools; ability to conduct targeted research to solve client challenges; intellectual curiosity.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative analyses: analyze economic, financial, and healthcare data; develop data analyses and models; create visualizations.
• Qualitative research: review literature and client materials; interpret literature; synthesize findings to inform case strategy.
• Preparation of reports: assist in reviewing and summarizing reports; draft expert reports and client materials.
• Team collaboration: work with colleagues and interact with clients and academics.
• Firm-building initiatives: contribute to recruiting, mentoring, and inclusion initiatives; training analysts and temps.
• Training and team coordination: train/mentor new staff; coordinate work to support project success.
