Job summary

Analysis Group is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide economic, financial and business strategy consulting to law firms, corporations, and government agencies. You will perform quantitative analyses, conduct qualitative research, and help prepare expert reports and client materials.

You will mentor analysts and interns, participate in firm-building and inclusion initiatives, and collaborate closely with case teams and clients to deliver high-quality work across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related subjects; 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong quantitative and research skills; familiarity with AI tools; ability to conduct targeted research to solve economic, financial, accounting, and business challenges.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong academic track record with attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analyses of economic, financial, and healthcare data using algorithms and statistical programming.
• Conduct market and industry research using literature and client materials; interpret accounting guidance.
• Prepare reports, expert reports, presentations, and internal memoranda for client and case teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels and engage with clients and academic experts.
• Contribute to firm growth and culture through recruiting, mentoring, and inclusion initiatives.
• Train and mentor new analysts, interns, and temporary staff; oversee their work as needed.
