Job summary

Conair LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Finance Senior Analyst to deliver high‑quality reporting, data management, and analytical support across Conair’s ecommerce business. The role emphasizes building and maintaining financial models, executing data ownership, and translating insights into decisions for finance and cross‑functional partners.

Key duties include owning ecommerce reporting across SAP, Power BI, and ERP data sources, supporting monthly forecasts and annual budget, creating dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, analytics, or finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce reporting across systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Adaptive), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to support financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking.
• Support monthly forecasts, planning cycles, and annual budget.
• Prepare variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance.
• Maintain and update financial models and datasets.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on topics like sales performance, margin deviations, promotional performance, and media ROI.
• Translate data into actionable insights for finance and cross-functional partners.
• Support senior team members in strategic projects and decision support.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
• Partner with IT and finance teams to enhance data flows and system capabilities.
• Document processes to ensure consistency and scalability.

Ecommerce Finance Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, data management, and analytical support across Conair’s ecommerce business.

This role is primarily focused on execution, data ownership, and insight generation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This position emphasizes building & maintaining financial models, and analyzing data to enable decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Data Ownership

• Own ecommerce reporting leveraging data across systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Adaptive), ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources to support financial analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking

Forecasting & Planning Support

• Support monthly forecasts, planning cycles, and annual budget

Compensation:

Conair has established a good faith salary range for this position. The salary range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation for the role at the time of posting and is based on a variety of factors including business needs, market conditions, candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Conair's annual bonus program.

This role is performed in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and using standard office equipment. The position follows Conair's hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at the Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
