Job summary

Conair LLC is seeking an Ecommerce Finance Senior Manager to partner with Amazon and key Retailer.com accounts, owning the P&L and guiding investment strategy.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, translate data into executive storytelling, and develop the team while collaborating with Sales, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A or commercial finance in a CPG.
• Strong ecommerce experience (Amazon, DTC, or Retailer.com channels).

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for ecommerce channels in partnership with Ecommerce Finance Director.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and executive-level storytelling.

Position Summary

The Ecommerce Finance Senior Manager is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy and performance across Conair’s largest ecommerce customers, including Amazon and key Retailer.com partners.

This role operates as a true strategic partner and decision-maker, owning financial outcomes, shaping investment strategies, and influencing senior commercial leaders. In addition to supporting the execution of typical FP&A reporting, forecasting, & budgeting processes within the Ecommerce Finance team, this position is accountable for setting direction, guiding trade-offs, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Ownership

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Amazon and Retailer.com leadership, influencing decisions that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Co‑own the Ecommerce P&L with Ecommerce Commercial SVP & brand Division Finance leads, with accountability for delivering financial targets and long‑term value creation
• Lead financial input into joint business planning (JBP), customer negotiations, and growth strategies

Investment Strategy & ROI Optimization

• Establish frameworks to evaluate promotional effectiveness, pricing strategies, and media investments
• Support the optimization of trade spend and digital media via partnership with budget owners
• Provide forward‑looking recommendations, balancing growth and profitability

Planning & Performance Management

• Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and long‑range planning processes for ecommerce channels in partnership with Ecommerce Finance Director
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights and executive‑level storytelling
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving corrective actions

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Manage and develop analyst, setting priorities and elevating team capabilities
• Champion process improvements, automation, and best practices across Ecommerce & division Brand finance leads
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Performance Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A or commercial finance at a CPG
• Strong ecommerce experience (Amazon, DTC, or Retailer.com channels preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and planning tools (e.g., Adaptive)
