Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking an Analyst 6 – Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MII) to support the DoD ManTech program in Arlington, VA onsite. You will provide strategic program management, technology analysis, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the MII network and accelerate transition of advanced manufacturing technologies into defense capabilities.

The role requires an Active Secret clearance, eight years in technology policy or federal program management, and the ability to brief

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Eight years of technology policy or federal program management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of DoD Manufacturing Technology initiatives.
• Understanding of MIIs and public‑private partnerships.
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and technology transition.
• Strong project management and operational planning skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior Government officials, industry executives, and technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Support – plan, coordinate, and execute Manufacturing Innovation Institute initiatives.
• Align MII roadmaps with DoD capability requirements and priorities.
• Analyze investments, project portfolios, and strategic initiatives for informed decisions.
• Develop executive briefings, white papers, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate collaboration among Government, industry, and academia to promote innovation.
