***The location for this position is remote in Canada***

This is your chance to be part of our Development team, which plays a significant role in driving Hilton's growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will partner with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is vital, and below are some core responsibilities that make your work unique:

Daily tasks include:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion and communicate strategies effectively
• Conduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations

Collaboration:

• Work effectively with support functions to streamline the development process
• Organize meetings with external partners to enhance Hilton’s market positioning

Project ownership:

• Prepare and circulate analytics related to growth and pace
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and development restrictions

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

Minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in analytics or hospitality consulting
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Preferred qualifications:

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MS/MA/Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in tools such as MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR, CoStar, or ArcGIS
• Strong understanding and passion for the hotel industry
