American Airlines is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Integrated Operations Team in the Integrated Operations Division. You will analyze crew operations data, build predictive models, and create reports and PowerPoint presentations for executive leaders.

The role emphasizes deriving insights, developing models with SQL, SAS, Python, and data visualization, and collaborating with Crew Scheduling, Crew Planning, Flight, IOC and other teams to improve crew performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant quantitative field.
• 3 years of related experience.
• 1 year of experience with SQL querying and/or reporting or equivalent coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Derive meaningful insights from data to improve crew operations.
• Develop statistical predictive models on large-scale datasets.
• Build optimization models for resource allocations.
• Perform advanced business analysis using SQL and SAS to develop prescriptive plans.
• Develop data visualizations for root cause analysis and present findings.
