Job summary

TrinityRail in Dallas, TX seeks a Sr. Analyst, Customer Operations to own the full order lifecycle from proposal to asset placement on rent, and to support Account Managers while driving performance across order delivery and dispute resolution.

This role requires deep operations knowledge, process-improvement mindset, and the ability to influence across Logistics, Billing, Portfolio, and maintenance teams. Strong analytical skills and BI tool proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; MBA, CMA, or MS preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in managing and coordinating business operations.
• 3+ years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in railcar leasing, fleet maintenance, or rail operations preferred.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Qlik Sense or Databricks; strong Excel/data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order delivery and escalation management from proposal to asset placement.
• Lead customer dispute resolution and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Oversee abatement audit accuracy and monthly pre-batch closing processes.
• Develop and coach Account Managers in order delivery, railcar shopping, and compliance.
• Own KPI reporting on Turn Time, On Time Delivery, Customer Satisfaction, and engagement.
