Embecta Corp. seeks a Senior Analyst, Commercial Insights & Analytics to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will transform commercial data into insights, build dashboards, and support decision-making in a hybrid role based in Parsippany, NJ.

You will analyze customer, product, and market performance, translate questions into analytics, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Strong data skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics or related role.
• Experience with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with forecasting or sales analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, product, market, and competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting activities through trend analysis, scenario evaluation, and assessment of key commercial drivers.
• Develop and present clear, compelling insights and business stories to stakeholders and leadership.
