Cardinal Health is seeking a dedicated Collections professional to manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and develop payment plans with customers. You will collaborate with the Service Leader for designated accounts to ensure a single point of contact and accurate reporting of open AR balances.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, and identifying root causes to support customer needs while maintaining trust and efficient processes.

Qualifikationen

What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization’s assets.

Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.

Anticipated hourly range: $27.40 per hour - $35.37 per hour
