Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections specialist to manage the timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will research disputes, craft payment plans, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, as a dedicated point of contact.

You will collaborate across departments, prepare open AR reports, and lead meetings to address issues, focusing on root causes and customer satisfaction while supporting a broad service impact.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization’s assets.

Collections is responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable. This includes dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building relationships of trust with customers and internal business partners.

Anticipated hourly range: $27.40 per hour - $35.37 per hour
