Job summary

EnFin is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Structured Finance team in Irvine, CA (or SF/Teaneck). The role focuses on modelling, structuring, and executing transactions with institutional investors and tax equity partners. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.

The successful candidate will develop project finance models, manage cross-functional relationships, and advance ALM with a data-driven, AI-enabled approach.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years in structured finance, private credit, investment banking, or related capital markets role with a focus in modelling.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending, credit underwriting, project finance structures and ABS markets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, and/or SQL for automating workflows, and building robust analytical models.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the Capital Markets strategy to expand the company’s residential lending.
• Develop and own project finance models for tax equity and back-leverage facilities, including ABS/term financing.
• Foster external relationships with capital providers and internal teams to ensure a strong investor journey.
• Manage 3rd party deliverables with rating agencies, accountants, engineers, and ITC insurers.
• Assist in Asset and Liability Management focusing on interest rate risk and liquidity operations.
• Embed AI tools, machine learning, and automation into day-to-day analytics.
• Provide timely analytical support to guide strategy and major decisions.
• Promote intellectual curiosity and collaboration to grow domain expertise.
