Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks a Senior Analyst, Structured Finance to model, structure, and execute transactions with institutional investors and tax equity partners across residential solar portfolios.

Based in Irvine, SF, or Teaneck with in-office schedule at the direct manager’s discretion; remote work may be considered in exceptional cases. You will develop project finance models, manage multi-workstreams, and foster lender relationships in a growing renewables finance team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years in structured finance, private credit, investment banking, or related capital markets with modelling focus.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending, project finance structures and ABS markets.
• Proficiency in VBA, Python, R, and/or SQL for automating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement Capital Markets strategy to grow residential lending.
• Develop and own project finance models for tax equity and back-leverage facilities.
• Manage relationships with capital providers and internal teams for investor journey.
• Coordinate third-party deliverables with rating agencies, accountants, and insurers.
• Support ALM, funding, and liquidity management; explore AI/automation opportunities.
