Job summary

EnFin, a financial services company financing residential solar PV and energy efficiency upgrades, seeks a Senior Manager to join the Structured Finance team. You will assist in capital raising, deal execution, and data modeling across equity, debt, and tax equity, collaborating with investors and internal partners.

The role offers opportunities to work from Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with potential for an in-office schedule at the Senior Manager’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field with 8+ years of work experience in project or structured finance.
• Experience in MS Office Suite and Excel (Pivot tables, functions, VBA).
• Experience building complex project finance models.
• Ability to learn how to use AI tools to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, “start-up” work environment.

Responsibilities

• Raise capital to fund EnFin’s residential TPO business in alignment with company goals and targets.
• Assist in deal execution with JV/debt/tax equity investors.
• Review and revise legal documentation for investor-related deals and other finance matters.
• Prepare presentation materials for investor calls and meetings.
• Assist Asset Management Team in preparing borrowing requests and executing tranche sales.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders including appraisers, insurers, and engineers.
• Build and maintain project finance/tax equity models for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor linkage between capital costs and market pricing.
• Mentor junior team members and promote domain expertise.
