Chris Baily, a leading renewable energy organization, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Capital Markets to support strategic financial initiatives and drive growth through project financings. You will work with senior management and finance leaders to structure debt, tax equity, and acquisition financings, coordinating with banks, lenders, and legal advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project finance or investment banking.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity structures.
• Recognized professional designation (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and presentations.
• Experience in renewable energy finance is advantageous.
