MISO is seeking a senior Operations Liaison for G&I to partner with operators, leadership, Product Owners, and technology teams to translate field needs into strategic capabilities across Control Room applications. You will shape requirements, priorities, and roadmaps while representing the voice of operations throughout the product lifecycle.
The role requires 4–8 years in power system operations, a Bachelor’s in engineering, and strong communication to influence cross‑functional teams.
About the Role
As the central representative for G&I Operations, you will partner with operators, leadership, Product Owners, Application Support, and technology teams to identify challenges, define requirements, and lead enhancements across Control Room applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the voice of operations is reflected throughout the product lifecycle, translating immediate operational needs into long-term strategic capabilities.

What Success Looks Like
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $98,000-123,000USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
