Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to conduct strategic analyses for Stores teams, driving insights and actions that improve performance. Reports to the Director of BI and collaborates with VP+ stakeholders and leadership.
The role analyzes large data sets, reveals performance trends, identifies root causes, and communicates results in written and verbal forms for executives. Hybrid in-office/remote work available.
The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence will conduct critical strategic analysis for the Stores teams at Ross and dd's Discounts, leading to insight and actions that improve business performance. This position reports to the Director of Business Intelligence and interacts with VP+ stakeholders and Stores Leadership. The analyst processes large amounts of data, reveals store performance trends, identifies root causes, and summarizes results into clear written communications for Stores Leadership and Senior Executives. Reporting and analysis responsibilities include recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc activities, depending on business needs and priorities. This role requires establishing cross‑functional partnerships across all facets of the organization (both Field and Corporate).
Base salary range: $81,000 - $121,800. Salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. Other rewards vary by position and location.
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in‑person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files.
Requires consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirement: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in‑office presence, including in‑person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. It also allows a combination of in‑office and remote work.
