Job summary

Moonbug Entertainment seeks a Senior Analyst, Brand Partnerships in New York to be the technical and strategic backbone for how our ad-sales team uses data. You’ll consolidate data across pre-sale, pipeline, live platforms, and audience research for fast analysis.

You will build a flexible, self-serve reporting system so the team can generate client-ready outputs and focus on what the data means—trends and opportunities to tell compelling stories to clients and executives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, structuring, and maintaining databases with backend focus.
• Experience preparing data for LLM consumption and AI prompting.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising data needs for stakeholders.
• Ability to convert data into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture: consolidate pre-sale, sales pipeline, live platform, and audience data into one database.
• LLM-ready infrastructure: structure data for fast, wide-scale analysis with LLMs.
• Self-serve reporting: build templates for stakeholders to generate outputs.
• Insight generation: uncover trends and stories for executives.
• Post-campaign storytelling: craft insights for large client reports.
• Market intelligence: synthesize campaign, competitive, and marketplace data.
• Cross-functional bridge: connect sales and finance to surface commercial insights.
