Job summary
Moonbug Entertainment in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Director, Media Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our Media Ops team during a fixed-term parental leave cover. You will oversee campaign delivery across Moonbug's owned content and platforms, collaborating with major advertisers while coordinating with our London team.
The role requires a senior ad ops leader capable of running a world-class digital advertising operations team during peak season.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of digital media experience with 8+ years managing teams.
- Proven leadership of ad ops or media operations teams.
- Strong programmatic knowledge across major platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, trafficking, and delivery of campaigns across Moonbug’s digital portfolio.
- Troubleshoot issues impacting delivery and reporting.
- Lead and develop a team of 3 ad ops professionals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Finance, and tech teams for launches and tracking.
- Partner with Finance for monthly reconciliation and billing queries.
- Maintain high standards for ad serving and inventory across YouTube, CTV, and paid social.
- Represent the Ad Operations function to leadership as needed.
- Support client and sales meetings with operational expertise.
