• Minimum 3 years in banking or treasury finance, ALM, or balance sheet management.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with automated reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with data analytics and AI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze balance sheet, funding, asset growth, and interest rate scenarios with sensitivity analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency across reports and models.
• Build models to assess NII, NIM, and profitability trends across regions and products.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and planning with validated data.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Business teams to support planning.
• Monitor macro trends and balance sheet strategy implications.
• Enhance analytics tools, reporting, and data infrastructure.
