Magnolia Capital, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, seeks a Sr. Analyst in Asset Management & Operations.

You will work with senior leadership across investments, asset management, and technology to analyze data, develop SOPs, and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Based in Magnolia Capital's HQ in Chicago, you will help optimize operations, support budgeting, and contribute to growth initiatives, while interfacing with external investors and internal teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate.
1–2 years internship in Real Estate Investment, Asset Management or similar.
Familiarity with real estate operations, budgeting, financial reporting and property management.
Strong communication, both written and verbal; ability to convey complex issues clearly.
Advanced MS Office and Power BI skills; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and standardize processes.
Assist with integration of proprietary software and third‑party tech to improve performance.
Prepare analyses of KPIs to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
Support business development, fundraising, and portfolio growth initiatives.
Create budgets, conduct variance analyses, and align with property teams on targets.
Consolidate reporting and manage relationships with external investor partners.
Work with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Tech teams to drive outperformance.
