Mapletree seeks an asset management professional to formulate and execute strategies across its real estate portfolio. You will oversee budgets, NOI tracking, and fund performance while coordinating divestment/acquisition initiatives and collaborating with the US investment team.
The role requires strong Excel/MRI/Argus skills, a real estate or finance background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Chicago. Office four days a week with potential discretionary bonus.

You will be responsible for formulating and executing asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.
The annual base compensation range for this role sits between: $75,000 - $85,000
This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Mapletree. Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including previous work experience, specific industry experience, relevant skills, training and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. In addition to salary and a competitive employee benefits package, candidates may also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
