Job summary

Elanco in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Antibody Discovery team to support the biologics discovery engine through hands-on molecular biology, antibody selection, and screening workflows. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field; OR Bachelor's with 2–4 years lab experience.
• Hands-on molecular biology, biologics discovery, or related research laboratory experience.
• Proficiency with PCR, cloning, DNA/RNA purification, and gel electrophoresis; ELISA or immunoassay screening experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute antibody discovery campaigns using single-B cell, phage display, and yeast display workflows.
• Perform molecular biology workflows including PCR, high-throughput cloning, DNA/RNA purification, gel electrophoresis, and NGS sample prep.
• Conduct high-throughput screening assays (ELISA, flow cytometry) to identify lead antibody candidates.
• Maintain accurate ELN records and ensure data is validated and organized for project databases.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness while communicating progress with the Antibody Discovery team.
