About The Team

You will be a part of the Network Operations Excellence (NOE) team within the Global Support and Integrity Operations (GSIO) organization. This team focuses on supporting Dashers, Consumers, and Merchants to maximize customer retention and minimize costs through feedback mechanisms, insights, and process improvements.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our Forecasting and Network Operations Excellence team. You will manage projects to scale global operations, optimize processes, and develop cost-saving solutions. Your expertise in SQL and business process improvement will be key. You will bridge data and business needs, lead projects, and collaborate with teams across Data Science, Business Intelligence, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience.

Location

Must be based in New York, Seattle, San Francisco, Tempe, or Sunnyvale.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and timelines, ensuring communication with senior leadership and accountability.
• Drive initiatives with technical teams like Data Science and Business Intelligence.
• Create reports and dashboards rapidly to meet immediate needs.
• Lead demand planning for designated business lines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and automation.
• Scale and streamline planning processes to support growth and scalability.

Qualifications

• Masters in Quantitative field +2 years of experience OR Bachelors +4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Quicksight, Looker; familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
• Experience designing metrics and collaborating with Data Scientists.
• Ability to lead projects independently and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for working with all levels of staff and leadership.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and improve the ecosystem.
