The Customer Experience and Operations Enablement (CX&OE) team is responsible for servicing Cigna customers across multiple lines of business, including US Employer, Pharmacy Benefit Management, and more. CX&OE aims to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring efficient operation of Cigna’s call centers. The Business Analytics Senior Advisor will lead analytical efforts supporting CX&OE strategic priorities.
This role supports the CX&OE organization by driving strategic improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency, and enhancing associate experience through better capabilities and tools. The individual will work closely with leadership to understand business problems, develop insights, and present compelling business cases that influence strategy.
Senior Advisors are expected to independently manage workstreams, solve problems, and identify new opportunities. They will lead impactful projects, perform hands-on analysis, present to executive audiences, and contribute to overall business strategy. This is a highly visible role, serving as a thought partner to CX&OE leaders.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates in select locations. Candidates within 50 miles of specified cities will be required to work onsite 3 days/week.
