What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, coordinate, and communicate weekly offers and promotions to Affiliate publishers
- Collaborate with Marketing, eComm, and Merchants on promotional strategies and initiatives
- Partner with external Affiliate agency for guidance and support
- Track, analyze, and interpret Affiliate performance metrics to enhance program effectiveness
- Maintain budget trackers and process invoices in alignment with budget

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Affiliate Marketing
- Intermediate proficiency in PC software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience specifically in Affiliate Marketing
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
