Job summary

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) in Patuxent River, MD, seeks a Senior Analyst to support multiple Program Offices. You will coordinate technical work, manage project status, and communicate with customers to provide updates and maintain readiness across teams.

The role emphasizes MBSE, systems engineering, risk analysis, and proposal support, with a SECRET clearance required. A BS degree is required, and aviation acquisition experience is highly valued.

  • Act as a lead on less complex tasks and be responsible for portions of design or analysis.
  • Generate complete design specifications of more complex projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in MBSE activities to identify program requirements, needs, and relationships and manage systems engineering processes.
  • Review design development, analysis, and tasks on systems with minimal supervision.
  • Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
  • Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
  • Support development of technical proposals and provide comments on scope of work.
  • Train HTii employees on NAVAIR processes to facilitate communication with customers.
  • Maintain an upbeat, helpful demeanor to customers at all times.
  • Work with the HTii team to support acquisition customers.

Job description

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Analystto support customers in multiple Program Offices located in Patuxent River, MD.

Duties
  • Coordinate technical work with customers at all levels from quotation to final design and test activities, design reviews and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications. This includes estimating projected workload based on anticipated assignment of projects.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems and databases as needed to track project status.
  • Communicate with program customers to provide status updates of all projects assigned to this position. Maintain awareness and be able to provide status of projects assigned to HTii employees on same team.
  • Act as a lead on less complex tasks and be responsible for a portion of a design or section of an analysis or design review.
  • Generate complete design specifications of more complex projects.
  • Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities using commercial MBSE tools to identify program requirements, needs, and relationships and manage the execution of systems engineering processes, including interfaces, key performance parameters, operational concepts, logical architectures, and physical architectures.
  • Review design development, analysis, and tasks on systems with minimal supervision.
  • Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
  • Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
  • Support development of technical proposals and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.
  • Train HTii employees on NAVAIR organization and NAVAIR processes in order to facilitate communication with customers.
  • Maintain an upbeat, helpful, and responsive demeanor to customers at all times.
  • Work across the HTii team to provide the best possible support to its acquisition customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
