Job summary

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Analyst to support customers in multiple Program Offices located in Patuxent River, MD. You will coordinate technical work, manage project status, and produce design specifications while collaborating with engineering, logistics, and program management disciplines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Experience with modeling and simulation tool sets and software.
• Experience performing systems engineering analysis and producing reports.
• Experience with risk analysis and risk reporting.
• Familiarity with DOD Acquisition Life Cycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Possess and maintain a SECRET Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical work with customers from quotation to final design and test activities.
• Establish and maintain filing systems and databases to track project status.
• Communicate with program customers and provide project status updates.
• Act as a lead on less complex tasks and contribute to design or analysis work.
• Generate complete design specifications for complex projects.
• Define system specifications with cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Participate in MBSE activities and manage requirements and architectures.
• Review design development and analyses with minimal supervision.
• Produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications.
• Verify engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
• Support development of technical proposals and assess scope of work.
• Train HTii employees on NAVAIR processes.
• Maintain upbeat, helpful demeanor with customers.
• Collaborate with HTii team to support acquisition customers.
