Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Markets team, overseeing financial performance across a growing data center portfolio. You will partner with operations leadership to translate data into actionable insights.

Based in Dallas, you will own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis at site and market levels, supporting planning and business reviews across the operating platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations finance, FP&A, asset management, or portfolio finance.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Background in data centers, real estate, infrastructure, or other operating-asset environments preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams.

They are looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their Markets team - the group that owns the financial performance of the operating portfolio, working hand-in-hand with operations leadership.
