Senior Analyst / Analyst - Asset Management

Dallas, TX

Base Pay Range

$100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate financial reporting and conduct variance, KPI, and performance analysis across the portfolio
• Support budgeting, forecasting, underwriting, and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure data accuracy, proper expense allocation, and effective financial controls
• Perform market research, evaluate capital projects, and develop scenario models to guide strategic decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend initiatives to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance overall asset performance

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and highly organized, with a knack for identifying trends and performance drivers
• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across accounting, operations, and asset management teams
• Skilled in financial modeling, reporting, and leveraging systems like Excel and Yardi to maintain data accuracy
• Demonstrates sound judgment, problem‑solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing portfolio performance
