Job summary

You will collaborate with a global team, specify and architect IC blocks, develop test plans, and participate in design reviews, emphasizing efficiency, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• MSEE or higher with IC-focused coursework required.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of power-management, control, and/or communication systems.
• Experience with DSP, MATLAB, Verilog, VHDL.
• Experience with scripting (Python, TCL, C, SKILL).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Specify, architect, and design Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal ICs from product definition through characterization and qualification.
• Prepare, document and participate in concept, schematic/layout and final design reviews.
• Collaborate with global team to ensure designs are spec-compliant and on time.
• Develop, implement and execute test plans for lab characterization of post-fab designs.
• Automate workflows through scripting and batch-mode operations.
• Work independently on complex tasks while staying aligned with the team.
• Support layout and system designers with specifics and verification of designs.
