The position requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in semiconductor analog/mixed-signal IC design, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Simplis and ADS.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor industry with analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with EDA tools such as EMIR, parasitic extraction flows and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Design and development of high-performance analog power management ICs with emphasis on efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with system engineers to define architecture and specs balancing performance, power and cost.
• Select and implement optimal circuit topologies ensuring robustness and manufacturability.
• Conduct transistor-level design, simulation, and validation to meet specs.
• Work with layout engineers to optimize floor planning and silicon performance.
• Coordinate with global teams to align on development plans.
• Define validation methodologies with test and characterization engineers and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive technical reviews and document design decisions for stakeholders.
