Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Analog Power Design Engineer to drive architecture, design and validation of high-performance PMICs.

You will work with cross-functional teams globally to deliver efficient, reliable power ICs for mobile, IoT and industrial markets. The role is hybrid, onsite several days weekly at San Jose, CA or Richardson, TX offices, with opportunities to influence product choices and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years in semiconductor engineering; analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• 8+ years in DC-DC power converters and control methods.
• Experience with EDA tools and production release of PMICs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of high-performance analog PMICs with optimal efficiency.
• Define architecture with system engineers balancing performance and cost.
• Select circuit topologies, ensure robustness and manufacturability.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulations, and validation.
• Collaborate with layout teams to optimize silicon performance.
