• Own block-to-top integration from floorplanning to tapeout.
• Develop and optimize analog/mixed-signal layouts for 100G-400G optics.
• Collaborate with CAD, circuit design, and packaging teams to resolve SI/parasitics.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence design methodologies.
