Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a senior Analog IC designer to join our Rad Hard Precision Design Group, located at either Raleigh-Durham, NC or Palm Bay, FL. You will design high-precision analog blocks including references, comparators, regulators, oscillators, and LDOs for space-grade applications, using Cadence and verifying with MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Experience in analog integrated circuit design, analysis and simulation.
• Knowledge of bipolar, BiCMOS, and BCD process technologies.
• A proven track record of delivering high quality designs on time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of development from product conception to production.
• Apply your in-depth understanding of analog design concepts to design innovative analog products and create clear design documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to define macro specifications, interfaces and physical implementation.
• Manage the design timeline to achieve the schedule objectives.
• Assist in silicon evaluation, circuit debugging, production test development, customer and applications support.
• Review and provide feedback on technical documentation prepared by team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to engineering standards.
