Job summary

Qualifications

• MSEE with analog design experience required.
• Strong knowledge of control theory and stability analysis.
• Strong knowledge of switching power converter design.
• Deep CMOS analog circuit design knowledge and some digital design awareness.
• Experience with custom IC design flows and tools like Cadence Virtuoso.

Responsibilities

• Own system architectures for Ferric IVRs and define sub-block specs.
• Drive design targets: efficiency, density, transient response, and reference tracking.
• Maintain system-level models to enable novel power solutions.
• Perform system-level simulations and bench correlation for validation.
• Design, simulate, and layout analog IPs for IVRs as needed.
• Champion system performance goals across teams to ensure best results.
