Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. seeks an experienced engineer to design, simulate, and validate analog blocks for Flash-IP and CIM-based neural networks. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and reliability while supporting embedded flash memory macros for customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in analog design, strong CAD tool proficiency, and experience with DAC/ADC, PLL/DLL, LVDS interfaces, and neural-network hardware concepts.

Qualifications

• BSEE with 10+ years in analog design.
• Lead analog design aspects across architecture, circuits and validation.
• Experience with data conversion circuits (DAC/ADC) preferred.
• Experience in communication and regulation circuits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and validate analog blocks and Flash-IP/macros.
• Collaborate with design, technology, process, and test teams.
• Interface with marketing and customers to support embedded flash macros.
