Job summary

PER International, a top-five global semiconductor company, seeks a Senior Analog Circuit Design Engineer to design analog and mixed-signal IP blocks for advanced mobile SoCs. This hands-on role spans architecture, transistor-level design, simulation, and silicon validation, working across integration teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal experience, strong FinFET knowledge, and proficiency with Cadence tools, MATLAB/Simulink, and scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl).

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal design experience.
• Experience with data converters, LDOs, and PMIC design.
• Strong FinFET understanding of device dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Define mixed-signal architectures and design analog and/or digital blocks.
• Perform transistor-level feasibility studies and analyze performance.
• Develop analog IP including op-amps, band-gap, LDOs, ADCs/DACs.
• Model system-level digital control to validate analog functionality.
• Drive layout reviews to optimize circuit performance.
• Conduct tape-out quality verification including EM/IR and timing analysis.
• Develop feasible analog design test plans for production.
