Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• 7-10 years as a Test Technician in firearms/ammunition industry.
• Proficient with firearms handling and recognizing defects.
• Experience with pressure, velocity, dispersion and function testing.
• Experience with high-speed video and Doppler radar techniques.
• Range Safety Officer qualifications and range certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle EBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates test equipment per manuals and standards.
• Follow complex test plans to test ammunition and components.
• Analyze data and provide periodic status reports to management.
• Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Adhere to 5S and ISO procedures.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
