The ideal candidate will review complex client profiles and financial transactions to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, writing detailed narratives and supporting risk assessments.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and investigative skills, stakeholder coordination, and quality control to uphold SLA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of AML/BSA investigative experience in Banking/FS.
• Hands-on experience with EDD, Transaction Monitoring, KYC/CDD, OFAC and sanctions screening.
• Strong narrative-writing and case documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and make risk-based decisions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medium- and high-risk client reviews for CBRs.
• Evaluate data sources to identify financial crime risks.
• Perform EDD investigations and document findings in narratives.
• Assess KYC concerns and escalate to senior management.
• Review sanctions, watchlists, and PEP alerts.
• Monitor and investigate unusual transaction patterns.
• Maintain documentation of investigative findings and risk assessments.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards.
