Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States seeks an experienced CBR Analyst with strong AML/KYC expertise to review client profiles and transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will conduct Enhanced Due Diligence investigations, sanctions screening, and write detailed narratives, coordinating with compliance, technology groups, and client stakeholders to drive risk-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years AML/BSA investigative experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
• Experience with Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Transaction Monitoring, and KYC/CDD Reviews.
• Strong narrative-writing and case documentation skills; independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of medium- and high-risk client profiles as part of Client Business Reviews (CBR).
• Perform EDD investigations and document findings in detailed review narratives.
• Analyze sanctions, watchlist, and PEP alerts; escalate when necessary.
• Perform transaction monitoring reviews and investigate unusual or suspicious activity.
• Maintain thorough documentation of investigative findings and risk assessments.
• Provide QA on analyst work products and ensure regulatory compliance.
